white bread is a really bad kind of fat and it sticks to your intestines or something their not good because of how the bread is bleached and all the stuff they do to it. No it's better to eat wheat it has good and healthy grains and is good for your heart. I suggest to keep eating wheat but also try it in different varieties like maybe with some kinds of walnuts in it or with a slight taste of honey mostly anything! Also stay away from potato bread that's the worst kind of bread there is! Well I hoped this helped you in some way bye!

We are aktivists living in London UK and watching disempowered and disenfranchised young people getting angry, rioting or sometimes just talking about it and getting heavily punished by the state. 2 kids joking on facebook about "let's start a riot" - then didn't even go out - each got 4 years in prison.

In the UK, many young people have hardly had an education outside of learning the cool brands and there is a widespread belief that ideas, learning, politics and thinking for yourself are not cool. Communities are being divided, neighbour turning against neighbour in divide and rule britain at the moment.

We need to help people recognise their real interests in this world and to find the love that will drive this. Is there any way of getting a callout for help to BEP? We too are living in the world you describe in Where is the Love - but we want to start working towards change. Will you practice what you preach and help us?

We are just boring old activists with apparently little in common with the young people who are being punished for the greed of the society in which they live - the BEP are seen as their people, your music familiar. Even if we could be given permission to use the question mark icon and some of your lyrics as a way of calling out to the youth, I think this would be massively influential!
